As i sit here wondering what to do for Friday writing
I think of what my teacher will say
The prospect is indeed quite frightening
This thing I’m feeling is called dismay
This is the first of all our free assignments
And I can’t think of what to write
For inspiration, took off my garments
But I thought wait, this isn’t right!
Inspiration! Inspiration!
I’m waiting for you!
As I write down words of tension
I guess I’m feeling blue
A short story again?
Come on think of something new!
Why not try something different?
This homework’s almost due!
At last Friday has come
And I’ve got nothing to show for it
Just got this silly poem
I hope you are not bored of it
